Two men sentenced in sexual assault case of Bucks County girl.Two of the three men accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Bucks County girl are going to prison.According to investigators, the encounters were arranged by an online sex trafficker.43-year-old Randy Quinn, of Coopersburg, will spend 5 to 10 years behind bars, followed by 10 years of probation.Quinn pleaded guilty in October to two counts of statutory sexual assault, and one count each of photographing or filming a child sex act and dissemination of photos or film of child sex acts, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.Police say he videotaped his sexual encounters with the victim on Snapchat.68-year-old Jon Van Ingen, of Perkiomenville, was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison, followed by 8 years of probation.Van Ingen previously pleaded guilty in February to statutory sexual assault, the DA's office said.The third man charged in the case, Zachary McCauley, of Kentucky, is set to appear in court next month.
