Police ID woman stabbed to death outside KC home.KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement investigating a deadly stabbing in Kansas City, Missouri, have identified the victim as 46-year-old Crystal A.Tapia, according to KCPD Officer Alyana Gonzalez.Just before 12:30a.m.Thursday, police were dispatched to a disturbance at a residence in the 4900 block of N Topping in Kansas City.First responders found a woman outside of a residence, matching the description of the possible suspect relayed in call notes.That woman was taken into custody for further questioning.As officers continued their investigation, they were directed to a residence in the 5700 block of NE 49th Street.They found Tapia outside in the driveway of a home suffering from apparent stab wounds and unresponsive.EMS responded to the scene and pronounced her deceased at that time.It is preliminarily believed that this incident occurred as a result of an ongoing argument between the two women.
