Georgia State Patrol identifies driver in Rossville traffic stop chase ROSSVILLE, Ga. — The Georgia State Patrol has identified the driver accused of fleeing from a Rossville police officer on Carden Avenue during a traffic stop Friday. Troopers said the driver is Marshal Graham. Rossville police plan to seek charges related to what happened before the pursuit. The Georgia State Patrol will seek charges related to the pursuit.
