Where to Get Those Viral 'Soft-Serve Margaritas' Here in Iowa.Those Viral ‘Soft Serve Margaritas’ Have Made Their Way to Iowa [PHOTOS] How do you make a margarita even better?You combine it with ice cream!Over the past few months, a new beverage trend has been taking over TikTok and Instagram, and it's all thanks to a Midwest Mexican restaurant.Called 'Soft Serve Margaritas,' the delicious drinks are a combination of margaritas and soft serve ice cream, a perfect summer treat!According to the Des Moines Register, the Soft Serve Margarita trend caught on thanks to La Playa Mexican Restaurant & Mariscos, a business located in Cleveland, Ohio.In March, the restaurant started showing off their Soft Serve Margaritas, which the Register describes as "a creamier, more dessert-like twist on the frozen margarita."
