Man facing sexual exploitation charges in Forsyth Co., task force officials say A Charlotte man is facing sexual exploitation charges, according to officials with the Invictus Task Force.Officials said they began investigating in February 2026 after a cybertip was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.During the investigation, Eli Gray, 24, was identified as a suspect.On May 14, officials executed a search warrant and as a result, Gray was taken into custody and charged with three counts of felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.Officials said Gray was taken to the Forsyth County Detention Center and is due in court on Friday.The investigation is ongoing.The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation Computer Crimes Unit assisted in the investigation.Watch: NOWCAST streaming newscasts NAVIGATE: Home | Weather | Watch NOWCAST TV | Local News | National | News We Love | Keep up with the latest news and weather by downloading the WXII app here
