Florida man arrested in Hand County on DUI, possession of loaded firearms HAND COUNTY, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Multiple firearms and drug paraphernalia were found in the possession of a Florida man arrested on a DUI in Hand County over the weekend. According to the Hand County Sheriff’s Office, the male driver from Florida was traveling to Colorado when he was stopped in Hand County. The driver was found to be under the influence of marijuana and was arrested. The driver was charged with speeding, DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a loaded firearm while intoxicated.
