Arcadia man charged with making terrorist threats.Arcadia man charged with making terrorist threats TREMPEALEAU COUNTY, Wis.(WEAU) - An Arcadia, Wis.man is charged with making terrorist threats.A criminal complaint shows 33-year-old Kyle Waldvogel is charged in Trempealeau County with felony bail jumping and terrorist threats.According to the criminal complaint, an officer was informed of concerning emails sent to the City of Whitehall, Wisconsin general email.The emails appeared to have been sent by Waldvogel.The emails were addressed to a building manager.The officer spoke with this building manager who said that Waldvogel’s recent behavior causes them to fear for their safety, and other local residents to live in fear due to Waldvogel’s recent actions.Due to actions causing the public fear, the building manager gave Waldvogel a notice that they intended to evict Waldvogel on June 30.The building manager told the officer that they believed the threatening emails were sent in response to the eviction notice.The criminal complaint details the contents of the emails believed to have been sent by Waldvogel, available below: “Ya you are the weapons in law from ww2.You keep escalating it...go ahead because it will be the saddest day ever when your own apartment building gets blown up because [SC] doesn’t want to billing (sic) right so she keeps escalating it so I’ll really escalate it.” “Ill amex (sic) all the cherry Pepsi and board myself into this apartment June 30th and if your cops keep terrorism going they will blow up the building.You are the terrorist [SC] in never doing math right...you scare your own community with threats and then weaponize the tremp county.” “You are the threat and I have every right to buy all this pop...you’ll be the dumbest landlord ever for Waco 2.0.” The criminal complaint says Waldvogel intended these statements to cause public inconvenience and/or cause panic or fear, or created an unreasonable and substantial risk of public inconvenience and/or causing panic or fear and Waldvogel was aware of that risk.Online court records show an initial court appearance is scheduled for July 14, 2026.Copyright 2026 WEAU.All rights reserved.
