months in prison and 36 months of community custody after pleading guilty to two counts of first-degree possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.Six additional counts sentenced May 6 to 61 months in prison and 36 months of community custody after pleading guilty to three counts of first-degree possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit Tacoma, was sentenced May 6 to nine months in jail and 12 months of community custody after pleading guilty to one count of vehicular assault.As part of her community custody, Levison must participate May 6 to 20 months in prison and 18 months of community custody after pleading guilty to two counts of second-degree assault (domestic violence) and one count of fourth-degree assault (domestic alternative (DOSA) after pleading guilty to one count each of second-degree burglary (commercial) and third-degree theft.• Jonathan E.Delo, 46, Winlock, was sentenced May 13 to six years in prison after pleading guilty to four counts of first-degree theft, four counts of first-degree trafficking in stolen property, and one count of witness tampering.An additional count of first-degree theft was guilty to one count each of possession of a controlled substance by a non-prisoner and second-degree introducing contraband.Zavala made an additional Barr plea to one count of possession of a Shelton, made an out-of-custody preliminary appearance May 20 for one count of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm after posting $50,000 in bail.Wills faces up to 10 years in prison for the charge.He was scheduled for an arraignment on May 28.CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT Arrests • Logan P.Rodgers, 37, Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for allegedly resisting arrest, obstructing and driving on a suspended license in the 600 block of Harrison Avenue at about 11:11 p.m.Officers reportedly contacted Rodgers after observing him driving and learning his license was revoked.Rodgers allegedly resisted arrest and fled on foot.Officers caught and arrested Rodgers.• Pedro Portillo Santamaria, 44, Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for alleged fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) in the 1800 block of North Pearl Street at about 9:42 p.m.Accidents • A two-vehicle collision with no injuries was reported near the corner of North Pearl Street and West Alaska Way at about 8:55 a.m.Drug violation • A juvenile was booked into Lewis County Juvenile Detention after they were allegedly found to be intoxicated at school in the 900 block of Johnson Road at about 8:32 a.m.• Albert L.Brown, 51, Centralia, was arrested and released for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession/use of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of South Gold Street at about noon May 21.Hit-and-run • A hit-and-run collision was reported in the 4000 block of Galvin Road at about 11:05 p.m.There was no suspect information at the time.• A hit-and-run was reported in the 1000 block of Harrison Avenue at about 1:13 p.m.The case is under investigation.Theft • A theft involving an individual’s bank account was investigated in the 1000 block of Yakima Street at about 10:58 a.m.CHEHALIS POLICE DEPARTMENT The Chehalis Police Department has not yet released its most recent call reports.Look for updated information in an upcoming edition of The Chronicle and at chronline.com when the reports are made available.JAIL STATISTICS • As of May 22, the Lewis County Jail had a total facility population of 133 inmates, including 120 in the general population and 13 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC).Of the general population inmates, 102 were reported male and 18 were reported female.Of the WERC inmates, 11 were reported male and two were reported female.• As of May 22, the Chehalis Tribal Jail had a total jail population of 19 inmates.Of those, nine were from Centralia and seven were from the Department of
