Shake Shack Comes to Fort Collins to Shake Up Burger Game.Fort Colllins Gets a New Place for Burgers With Its First Shake Shack There's always something a little fun about checking out a new restaurant in Colorado, even if it is part of chain.Fort Collins became the first Northern Colorado city have Shake Shack in May of 2026.Where is the First Shake Shack in Northern Colorado?It was in late April of 2026, that we let you know that the Fort Collins Shake Shack would be opening in May near where Sears used to be at Foothills.The 3,800 square-foot restaurant opened its doors on May 27, 2026.The easier way to explain where it is, is to say it's just north of Longhorn Steakhouse.This is a good location for a Shake Shack, as there's a lot of shopping activity in the area, and not many "burger joints;" though Shake Shack does have more than burgers (like hot dogs.)
