Playboy playmate Holly Madison hasn’t spoken to her “Girls Next Door” co-star Kendra Wilkinson in over a decade. “Kendra and I don’t speak, but I’m not opposed to speaking,” Madison said during a recent appearance on the “Hot Goss” podcast. “We had a falling out, but it was after the show,” she explained. “It was stuff that had to do with our spinoffs and working with the same producer, and I really feel like he tried to pit us against each other and got in our heads. So, that’s a shame.” Madison added that Wilkinson had become “caught up in the tabloid cycle” and that it was her desire to stay in the spotlight that strained their friendship. She also recalled being shocked when Wilkinson publicly announced the two did not have a relationship. “I’m sitting here like, ‘Wait, I just sent your son a Christmas gift. We’re not friends? That’s so weird,'” she said. “So I think she was just really caught up.” Madison and Wilkinson starred alongside fellow Playboy Playmate Bridget Marquardt on the reality series “Girls Next Door,” which followed them living in the Playboy Mansion as Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends. It ran on MTV for six seasons in the early 2000s, and it spawned several spinoff shows. “We were never as close, obviously, as me and Bridget—we don’t have much in common,” Madison said of her friendship with Wilkinson. “But we shared a lot of experiences and had a lot of good times together so I never thought of her as not a friend.” Wilkinson previously said she was put off by Madison’s 2015 memoir, “Down the Rabbit Hole“, in which she described her as “the fakest person I’ve ever met.” “We were never friends,” Wilkinson said during an episode of “Kendra On Top” the same year. “At the end of the day, what we did was we just f–ked the same man,” she said at the time. “That’s not friends.”
