of State Office to hold road to restoration clinic in Saginaw on Thursday.of State Office to hold road to restoration clinic in Saginaw on Thursday SAGINAW, Mich.- A Road to Restoration clinic will be held in Saginaw to help eligible drivers better understand the process of regaining their driving privileges.On Thursday, May 28, the Michigan Secretary of State's Office will be accompanied by volunteer attorneys will provide one-on-one consultations with attendees.Event-goers will be able to check their current license status and answer questions on how they can safely return behind the wheel.Secretary of State services will be available on site, including vision testing and the written driver’s exam.Residents are encouraged to register ahead of time here.Participants are asked to bring payment for their driving record ($16) or to print out their driving record the day before and bring it to the clinic.If participants are eligible to have their license restored at the clinic, they will need the appropriate documents on hand: ID, birth certificate, and proof of residency.The event till take place at the Saginaw SVRC Marketplace, located at 203 S.Washington Ave.Appointments will be seen from 10 a.m.to 3:30 p.m., while walk-ins will be accepted from 11 a.m.to 3 p.m., as space permits.
