HONOLULU (Island News) – Three teens were arrested following an apparent shooting that occurred in the Waikiki area late Saturday night.
At approximately 11:45 p.m. officers with the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) responded to the Waikiki area after witnesses reported hearing gunshots.
Upon officers arrival, they found evidence of a shooting, including damage to a nearby property. Officers later located the suspects in the McCully area.
Three teen boys, ranging in age from 16 and 17-years-old. All three were arrested for various offenses, including Reckless Endangering in the First Degree, Place to Keep Firearms, and Place to Keep Ammunition.
No injuries were reported in this incident and no other information has been released at this time.
