(Glenwood) -- A Kansas woman is accused of mistreating an elderly resident in Mills County.
The Mills County Sheriff's Office says 37-year-old Rochelle Rose Reyes of Wathena was arrested early Thursday evening on charges of administering a harmful substance, dependent adult abuse--exploitation of an elderly person, and wanton neglect of a health care facility resident. The arrest took place on Indian Hills Drive shortly before 8 p.m.
