An investigation is underway, officials said, after a man was shot in the leg at a home in Philly's Fern Rock section overnight.
According to police, officers responded to a home along the 6000 block of North Warnock Street in the Fern Rock section of North Philadelphia at about 12:23 a.m. on Tuesday, after a 45-year-old man was shot in the left buttock.

Officials said the man who was wounded in this incident was taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
At the home, NBC10's cameras captured an investigator handling a firearm at the scene.
However, in a morning update, police said no arrests had been made and no weapon was recovered in this incident.
Police did not immediately say what led to this incident or how it occurred.
