The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.
Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.
Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.
Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.
Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.
Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.

• Julia Kelsey Joyner, 34, of McDonald, was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and charged with first offense driving under the influence, auto theft, evading arrest-motor vehicle, failure to appear (disorderly, two counts possession of controlled substance, public intoxication, three counts drug paraphernalia), reckless driving, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on revoked license.
• Stanley E. Judd Jr., 44, of Birchwood, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with McMinn County warrant.
• Crystal Tyneshia Lurry, 34, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with third offense driving under the influence.
• Ashlee Jees’teen Ricker, 36, of Etowah, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office and charged with violation of probation (Schedule II drugs, introduction of contraband into a penal institution).
• Brandon Miles Shepard, 43, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office and charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia, simple possession of meth.
• Vladyslav Vinnichenko, 22, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with driving under the influence.
• Malik Jamal Warren, 26, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office and charged with driving under the influence.
• James Owen Wasson Jr., 43, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with two counts of violation of sex offender registry.
• Mario J. Acevedo-Sanchez, 24, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with domestic assault.
• Luke Evan Anderson, 35, of Charleston, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office and charged with criminal contempt.
• Jasmine J. Armour, 35, of Chattanooga, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with theft from building, two counts of shoplifting-theft of property.
• James Robert Beach, 32, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office and charged with misdemeanor violation of probation (possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession/casual exchange).
• Bruce Conner, 65, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with manufacture/delivery/sell of a controlled substance (cocaine), manufacture/delivery/sell of a controlled substance (meth).
• Vicky Marie Curry, 47, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Tenth Judicial District Drug Task Force and charged with maintaining a drug dwelling, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Richard Jameson Eden, 34, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office and charged with failure to appear (driving on suspended license), felony drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug dwelling, Schedule II drugs for resale (fentanyl), simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
• Joshua Lee Foote, 25, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office and charged with public intoxication.
