Marshalltown men plead not guilty in drive-by shooting

MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa —

Two men charged in a shooting in Marshalltown are pleading not guilty.

The incident happened at a home on North 14th Avenue on Sept. 5.

21-year-old Tyree Rudolph and 20-year-old Jeremiah McMullen were charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, tampering with a witness, two counts of assault while participating in a felony, going armed with intent, and reckless use of a firearm.

McMullen also faces a charge of possessing or controlling a firearm as a prohibited person.
