Reuben Rossell Justice
A 22-year-old Chattanooga man is facing charges in two states after he allegedly met a minor female under the age of 13 from Iowa online and brought her back to Tennessee for sexual activities.
Reuben Rossell Justice is charged in Iowa with grooming and kidnapping. He is charged in Jefferson County, Tn., with second-degree sexual assault.
Authorities in Iowa said they first began investigating the case last October. They eventually found the girl had corresponded with Justice and he eventually drove 10 hours to pick her up from her home in Wapello County near Des Moines, it was stated.
He then took her to a short-term vacation rental in Jefferson County, Tn.
Justice was taken into custody on a fugitive warrant by the Smoky Mountain Fugitive Task Force and booked into the Hamilton County Jail on Sept.
10.
He was extradited to Iowa last Wednesday.
