Three arrested in fatal knife assault, one charged with murder.Three arrested in fatal knife assault, one charged with murder Troy police say three people have been arrested and charged in connection with a Saturday homicide.Around 3:30am Saturday, Troy Police Patrol Officers responded to a reported fight in the area of 5th Ave and Fulton St in Troy.When officers arrived at the scene, they found two injured men.One died from injuries.The other was taken to the hospital.PREVIOUS: Three in custody after deadly early morning stabbing in Troy Noah T.Anderson, 20, of Vermont, has been charged with second-degree murder and first-degree gang assault.Rhannad A.Burch, 35, of Watervliet, has been charged with first-degree gang assault.Savion Camano, 19, of New Jersey, has been charged with first-degree gang assault.All three are being held at the Rensselaer County Jail.Police have not released the victim's name while they continue to locate family members.
