ROCK SPRINGS — The 2026 Sweetwater Blues n’ Brews votes have been counted and the best beers and booths at the event have been crowned.
Throughout the Aug. 22 event, attendees cast their votes in six categories. Here are the results:
- Best Overall Brewery: Snake River Brewing — Jackson
- Best Booth: Square State Brewing — Rock Springs
- Best Wheat: Palisade Peach Wheat — Breckenridge Brewery, Breckenridge, Colorado
- Best Pale Ale: Wind River Blonde Ale — Wind River Brewing, Pinedale
- Best Pilsner: Patio Pilsner — Roosters Brewing, Ogden, Utah
- Most Creative Brew: She’s A Peach — Vernal Brewing, Vernal, Utah
Each of this year’s winners will receive a custom Sweetwater Blues n’ Brews award featuring event artwork along with each winning catoriogry on a display stand. This years awards were also designed as tap handles, giving winners an option to proudly display their bragging rights in the bar.
“We always enjoy seeing which breweries and brews stand out to our attendees,” Rock Springs Main Street/Urban Renewal Agency Manager Chad Banks said. “There are so many great products being poured throughout the afternoon that choosing a favorite isn’t easy. We appreciate all of the breweries that made the trip to Rock Springs and helped make the event possible.”
Sweetwater Blues n’ Brews is organized by the Rock Springs Main Street as part of it annual series of downtown events.
“We couldn’t put on an event of this size without a tremendous amount of support,” Banks said. “The breweries, sponsors and volunteers all play an important role, and we’re grateful to everyone who gave their time or support. Most importantly, we thank everyone who purchased a ticket and spent their Saturday with us in Bunning Park.”
