NORA to host rural summit

TAHLEQUAH – The Northeast Oklahoma Regional Alliance will host it’s Rural Opportunity Summit Oct. 22 at Northeastern State University.

The summit, called the “2026 NORA Rural Opportunity Summit: Growing Opportunity and Capacity in Rural Oklahoma,” will bring together community leaders, businesses, educators, tribal partners, nonprofit organizations, and economic development professionals for a day of timely conversations focused on the issues shaping rural Oklahoma. Guests will hear from leaders, connect with partners from across the region, and leave with ideas they can take back to their community.
