Governor Larry Rhoden to Headline GCDC Annual Meeting.{KXLG, Milbank, S.D.} The Grant County Development Corporation (GCDC) will host its 2026 Annual Meeting on Wednesday, May 27, from 5:30 p.m.to 7 p.m.at Speedway Bar & Grill in Milbank, featuring keynote remarks from South Dakota Gov.Larry Rhoden.The event will bring together business leaders, elected officials, regional partners and community stakeholders for an evening focused on economic growth, workforce development, housing, childcare discussions and future opportunities impacting Grant County and the surrounding region.The annual meeting will include updates on industrial development activity, regional economic opportunities and collaborative efforts currently underway to support long-term growth and community vitality across northeast South Dakota.“This event is an opportunity to bring together leaders from across the region to discuss where Grant County is headed and the work underway to support future growth,” said Traci Stein, executive director of the Grant County Development Corporation.“We are honored to welcome Governor Rhoden and look forward to sharing updates on development activity, regional opportunities and ongoing community initiatives.” Heavy hors d’oeuvres and networking opportunities will be included as part of the evening program.Advance ticket purchase is required due to limited seating capacity.General admission tickets are $25 per person.Electronic tickets will be issued via email or text message upon payment.To reserve tickets or request additional information, contact info@gcdcsd.com.
