Renovus-Backed xFact Buys Stonewall Solutions

xFact, a provider of technology and digital transformation solutions for the public sector and backed by Renovus Capital Partners, has acquired Stonewall Solutions. The transaction expands xFact’s service offerings with additional capabilities in IT modernization, digital transformation, custom application development, case and content management, cloud services and technology consulting. The acquisition also broadens xFact’s footprint across the northeast and adjacent markets while enhancing its ability to serve public safety, criminal justice, health and human services and broader state and local government customers. Founded in 2004, Stonewall Solutions provides technology solutions to government, law enforcement, higher education and commercial organizations. The company serves customers across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Mississippi and Vermont through a portfolio that includes Microsoft 365 services, custom software development, technology consulting, cloud and hosting services and case and content management solutions.
