OBN: 4 arrested following human trafficking operation in Oklahoma.OBN: 4 arrested following human trafficking operation in Oklahoma BROKEN ARROW, Okla.(KOKH) — Agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics say a two-day operation focused on human trafficking has led to several arrests.On May 27 and May 28, agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Human Trafficking Unit and the Broken Arrow Police Department's Special Investigations Unit conducted an operation focused on combating human trafficking.On the first day of the operation, officials recovered four victims of human trafficking and connected them to service providers.The second day of the operation focused on targeting those who sought to purchase commercial sex acts.“Human trafficking investigations focus on identifying victims and investigating individuals who exploit or profit from the trafficking activity,” said Mark Woodward, with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.“Demand reduction operations specifically target those attempting to purchase commercial sex in an effort to reduce the market conditions that can contribute to exploitation and trafficking.” Officials arrested Joseph Fusilier, Jared Hill, Michael Thorn, and Adam Colver on complaints of solicitation of prostitution."I want to thank our partners at the Broken Arrow Police Department for collaborating with us on this critical operation”, said OBN Director Donnie Anderson."And we want to express our gratitude for the invaluable assistance from the staff at 'The Spring' and DVIS for coming alongside us to ensure any human trafficking victim would get the help they need."
