Captain at Greenwood County Sheriff's Office arrested on domestic violence charge, officials say
GREENWOOD COUNTY, S.C. —
A Greenwood County Sheriff's captain has been arrested on a domestic violence charge.
The sheriff's office confirmed Thursday that its Public Information Officer, Captain Josh Hood, was arrested for third-degree domestic violence.

We are told he was arrested by the Abbeville Police Department.
Greenwood County officials said Hood is "no longer employed" by the sheriff's office.
