WEBB CITY, Mo. (KY3) - This week’s Ozarks Unsolved focuses on the case of a missing 14-year-old from Webb City.

Tracy Pickett vanished on August 12, 1992, after leaving a friend’s apartment in a van driven by Lowell Andrew Billy. Despite decades of searches, tips, and public appeals, she has never been found. And no charges have been filed.
