Two suspects arrested after shooting at Murfreesboro hotel sends two to hospital
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WZTV) — Two suspects are in custody after a shooting at an InTown Suites in Murfreesboro sent two people to the hospital Friday afternoon, police said.
According to the Murfreesboro Police Department, officers responded to the shooting and found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were taken to a hospital for treatment. Police did not immediately release information on their conditions.

Investigators said the suspects tried to flee the scene but were quickly arrested in the parking lot of the Tennessee College of Applied Technology, located next to the hotel.
The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office assisted Murfreesboro police by securing the crime scene and using a K-9 to search for the suspects.
Detectives with the Murfreesboro Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division are continuing to investigate the shooting.
