2 women shot, 1 fatally, in Roseland, Chicago police say
A woman was killed and another woman injured in a shooting in the Roseland neighborhood Sunday morning, Chicago police said.
The shooting took place at 12:49 a.m. in the 10400-block of South Michigan Avenue.

Police said the victims were standing outside with a group of people when someone pulled out a gun and started firing.
A 24-year-old woman was shot several times and transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead, police said.
A 20-year-old woman was shot several times and transported to Roseland Hospital, where she was listed in good condition.
Area Two detectives are investigating.
