COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa —

Vice President JD Vance has been on a tour of the Midwest, including a rally at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Earlier this week, Vance also made appearances in Kansas and Missouri. During his speeches there, he talked about cracking down on COVID-19 loan fraud.

This rally comes a month and a half ahead of the midterm election on Nov. 3.

Council Bluffs residents are asked to avoid flying any drones during the visit. Any drone flights before 3 p.m. could result in a visit from federal law enforcement.
