Upstairs offers three additional bedrooms, two full baths, a recreation room and conditioned walk-in storage.

NAI helms $825K Irmo office sale
The sale of two office buildings in Irmo totaling $825,000 was recently facilitated by brokers with the commercial real estate firm NAI Columbia.
Will DuPree, Jeff Hein and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia represented the seller in the multi-property deal located just off Lake Murray Boulevard. The purchaser was Three Tigers Holdings LLC, according to a news release. The address of the buildings, which combine to encompass around 7,600 square feet, is 7434 and 7436 Forest Court.
The buildings sport a diverse mix of tenants, an abundance of parking, proximity to downtown Irmo, easy access to I-26 and visibility from Lake Murray Boulevard. Curt Hanna of Meybohm Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.
$750K sale tops Trinity deals
The purchase of an outdoor storage site for $750,000 and the sale of a 338,120-square-foot industrial building led recent notable transactions announced by the Columbia office of the commercial real estate firm Colliers South Carolina.
Tyler Teal of Colliers South Carolina represented VAD Columbia LLC in the purchase of the 11.58-acre industrial outdoor storage site on Marley Drive in Columbia for $750,000. Chuck Salley, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented RNDC South Carolina Holdings in the sale of the 338,120-square-foot industrial building at 410 Foster Brothers Drive in W. Columbia to Reyes Beverage Group.
Chuck Salley, Beard and John Peebles also represented Weston in the lease of a 109,618-square-foot industrial space at 235 Standard Warehouse in Lugoff to Sterlite Technologies, and the lease of a 98,536-square-foot industrial space at 218 Evans Road in Lugoff to DSV Contract Logistics. Also, Mary Winter Teaster and Sydney Lanham represented Moondance in the lease of a 7,500-square-foot office space at 200 Wise Ferry Road in Lexington to ValAsta LLC.
Elsewhere, Tommy Johnson, Matthew Pollard and Zach Lundberg represented Delta 1812 Lincoln Associates in the lease of a 9,960-square-foot office space at 1812 Lincoln St. in Columbia to Moore Beauston and Woodham. And John Gressette and Rox Pollard III represented Arnold Companies in the lease of a 4,872-square-foot retail space at 701 Lady St. in Columbia to E Dumplings III Inc.
Amazon coming to Calhoun County
The online retail giant Amazon has selected a Calhoun County location for a last-mile delivery facility, officials recently announced.
The 150,000-square-foot structure will be located at Calhoun County I-26 Industrial Park, a 256-acre complex near Gaston. Amazon purchased the land directly from the county following approval from county council, and broke ground in July. The facility is tentatively scheduled to open in late 2027.
“Investments such as this contribute greatly to the economic growth of our county, region and state,” said James Haigler, chairman of Calhoun County Council. “We look forward to the partnership and to the benefits to the community through good paying jobs, assets to the tax base and engaging community involvement.”
The project is anticipated to bring more than 100 full- and part-time jobs to the region, officials announced. The industrial park at Sonntag Drive and Sires Lane is owned by the county and currently hosts a Starbucks roasting plant and The Fitts Company.
Fort, Kim welcomed at LCK Columbia
The Columbia office of the construction project management firm LCK recently welcomed Jeff Fort as senior project manager and Tauana Kim as assistant projects manager, the company announced.
Fort will specialize in owner representation for ground-up construction and renovation projects, as well as tenant improvements and capital projects across the state. He will have a strong focus on mitigating construction risks while ensuring client goals are met.
Kim will work alongside project management teams executing projects on behalf of clients. She will play an important role in LCK’s project management services at the Scout Motors plant and supplier park project in Blythewood.
“As we continue to grow and take on increasingly complex projects, Jeff and Tauana will play important roles in supporting our clients, strengthening our project management and preconstruction services and helping ensure successful outcomes from planning through completion.” said Dale Stigamier, president of LCK.
