Golon named president of TFMoran

TFMoran has appointed Nick Golon, PE, as president and chief engineer, effective July 1. Golon succeeds Robert Duval, PE, who announced in May that he would step down as president while continuing as chairman of the Board of Directors.

Golon joined TFMoran in 2005 and has served as a principal and head of the firm’s Civil Engineering Department. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. While at Wentworth, Golon gained hands-on co-op experience as a field surveyor and field engineer on projects including the Kendall Station Repowering project in Cambridge, Mass., and Boston’s Big Dig. Golon brings more than 25 years of civil engineering experience across a broad range of projects and is licensed in New Hampshire and Maine. During his tenure at TFMoran, he has led some of the firm’s largest site development projects, including the Merrimack Station Clean Air Project and the Village on Technology Hill, a 110-acre mixed-use development. He has served on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), including as president, and continues to support ASCE’s education committee.

Bank of NH welcomes Groves as assistant VP

Bank of New Hampshire has welcomed Andrew Groves as assistant vice president — banking office manager at its Manchester office.

Groves brings experience in banking, sales and customer relationship management to his role. Most recently, he served as assistant branch manager at TD Bank in Manchester. Prior to that, he worked as an account executive with CGI Business Solutions. Groves will support the daily operations of the Manchester office, assist with business development efforts and help ensure exceptional customer experiences. He holds a BS in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Hebert named senior VP at NH Mutual Bancorp

Ingrid Hebert has been appointed senior vice president, strategic operations officer at New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp.

Hebert’s career spans nearly two decades in financial services, during which she has demonstrated leadership in community banking, fintech, technology-enabled operations, digital banking, payments, service delivery, and enterprise transformation. She was previously the director of service delivery and implementation at Mascoma Technologies, a subsidiary of Mascoma Bank. Her earlier role as electronic banking officer at Savings Bank of Walpole saw her leading electronic banking and customer support functions, overseeing digital channels, ACH, remote deposit capture, fraud operations, vendor relationships, and major digital banking conversions.

Barnhouse joins Millennium Agency

Millennium Agency has announced the appointment of Deanna Barnhouse as project account manager. Bringing experience in marketing, project coordination, and stakeholder communications, Barnhouse will help drive the successful execution of client initiatives while supporting the agency’s commitment to delivering exceptional strategic and creative work.

Barnhouse combines hands-on marketing and project coordination experience with a strong commitment to professional development. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at East Carolina University, where she also earned a marketing certificate, and is working toward her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union names Jackson assistant VP

Kelly Jackson has been promoted to assistant vice president — digital officer at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union. Jackson will help lead the credit union’s digital strategy, focusing on technology solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen digital service delivery, and support evolving member needs.

Jackson joined the Credit Union in 2010 and has played a key role in major digital transformation initiatives. Her work has supported successful technology upgrades, process improvements, and vendor platform implementations while helping ensure smooth transitions for members and employees. Jackson earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from UMass Lowell and a master’s degree in project management and leadership from Northeastern University.

Plourde promoted at Catholic Charities NH

Catholic Charities NH announced Nicole Plourde has been promoted to director of community services. Plourde will lead the organization’s statewide program that helps New Hampshire residents navigate financial hardship and other urgent challenges.

Plourde has been with Catholic Charities NH since 2000, most recently serving as deputy director of community services. Over the past 26 years, she has supported hundreds of individuals and families – providing direct assistance, connecting them to critical community resources, and guiding them toward greater stability. She has also overseen operations of the Guardian Angel Thrift Shop in Berlin and previously served as a parish outreach coordinator. Plourde will oversee the administration, strategy, and operations of the community services program. Plourde is a graduate of Keene State College. She succeeds Marc Cousineau, who recently retired after more than 45 years of service to Catholic Charities NH.

Elaine Paquet will take over as the deputy director of the community services program. Paquet has been with Catholic Charities NH since 2018 and will support program operations and staff while helping strengthen service delivery across the state.

Nashua Lion appointed rep to UN office

Lions Clubs International President Mark Lyon has announced the appointment of past International Director Ed Lecius from the Nashua Lions Club, as the association’s appointed representative to the United Nations, working specifically with the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNDOC) and the New York NGO Committee on Drugs.

Lecius joined the Nashua Lions in 1971, and has served in numerous positions. He’s also served in the administrations of former New Hampshire Gov. John H. Sununu and President George HW Bush. Lecius retired from the Nashua Police Department in 2020 after serving 20 years as community policing coordinator. He currently serves as a member of the NH Police Standards and Training Council. Lecius also serves as a member of LCI’s Global Advocacy Team.

Terracon names Lazott to fill strategic role

Tom Lazott, P.G., has been named assistant service line director for environmental services for Terracon’s Eastern Operating Group. He will partner with operations and department managers in 18 states to develop and drive growth strategies, strengthen execution and consistency, support talent development, and safety leadership.

With more than 30 years of experience, Lazott fills a strategic role connecting strategy and operations for environmental services. Since joining Terracon in 2025, Lazott has served as a principal and regional environmental practice leader with responsibility for multiple offices in New England. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science (geology) and is a licensed professional geologist in New Hampshire. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
