MCSO seeks public assistance in locating man wanted in Kentucky and Georgia

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. — The McCracken County Sheriff's Office requests public assistance in locating Dwayne Morrow, who is currently wanted on felony charges in Kentucky and Georgia. According to a release from MCSO, Morrow is described as a 32-year-old black male, believed to possibly still be in the Paducah/McCracken County area. Morrow is wanted by the Gwinnett County Police Department in Georgia on kidnapping and battery charges stemming from his alleged involvement in an incident that occurred on March 12 in Lilburn, Georgia. "According to Georgia investigators, Morrow allegedly assaulted a male victim during a dispute at a residence, causing significant injuries that required medical treatment," the release read. A search warrant was issued for Morrow's Paducah residence, where detectives located a handgun. Morrow is prohibited from possessing firearms due to his status as a convicted felon. The suspect faces an additional local charge for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
