The Dubuque Police and Dubuque County Sheriff’s departments reported:
Ezequiel Valdez Garcia, 22, of Cascade, Iowa, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. Tuesday at his residence on charges of domestic assault, obstruction of emergency communication and two counts of child endangerment.
Cody A. Tracy-O’Hara, 28, no permanent address, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of South Locust Street on charges of assault on persons in certain occupations, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Court documents state that Tracy-O’Hara assaulted a Dubuque Police Department officer when being taken into custody.
Anthony T. Hunt, 22, of 1286 Elm St., was arrested at 7:47 a.m. Tuesday at his residence on a charge of domestic assault causing injury.
Luke J. Benjamin, 31, no permanent address, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of South Locust Street on a charge of possession of 4-acetoxy-DET, a synthetic psychedelic tryptamine.
Criminal damage of $2,000 to a vehicle was reported at 12:22 p.m. Monday in the 2300 block of Windsor Avenue.
A wire fraud case resulting in the theft of $807 was reported at 8:28 a.m. Monday in the 1700 block of Delhi Street.
A wire fraud case resulting in the theft of $1,300 was reported at 2:25 a.m. Friday in the 2500 block of Dodge Street.
