AG identifies Odenton woman who died in Baltimore County police shooting in Middle River
A woman shot by Baltimore County police last week has died, and state investigators released her identity on Wednesday.

The Maryland Attorney General's Independent Investigations Division identified the woman as Sadie Holman, 21, of Odenton.
The IID continues to investigate the Sept. 3 shooting on Carroll Island Road.
Last week, Baltimore County police said officers were responding to a call for an armed person wanted in an assault. Police said officers found the woman in her car and that she initially handed over a knife before pulling out a gun. Police said one officer opened fire.
The officer who fired his weapon was placed on routine administrative leave. The IID identified the officer as Cpl. James Haddix, an eight-year veteran.
Police said officers secured the scene and rendered aid to the woman before she was taken to a hospital.
Residents told WBAL-TV 11 News that the encounter occurred near the gate of a decommissioned power plant where Carroll Island Road dead-ends.
"I heard (a) shot around 6:30, just one shot," Michael Lloyd, a resident, told WBAL-TV 11 News on Thursday. "Then, after that, I saw maybe seven, eight Baltimore County police cars, a fire engine, an ambulance, and (a) state trooper car."
Police said officers recovered a gun from the woman's car.
