TREMONTON, Utah — Two people were hospitalized, including one in serious condition, following a structure fire in Tremonton on Friday. The Tremonton-Garland Police Department responded to the blaze near 1000 W. Main St. to assist local fire crews. Arriving officers helped identify injured civilians, set up a secure perimeter, and direct traffic as emergency personnel worked the scene. Two citizens injured in the fire were transported to a hospital for medical treatment. Police said one individual was in serious but stable condition, while the second suffered less extensive injuries. A firefighter was also taken to the hospital for a medical evaluation but has since been released. Authorities are withholding the names of those involved. Multiple regional agencies assisted the Tremonton and Garland fire departments, including ambulance crews from Fielding and Brigham City. The Brigham Fire Department, Brigham City Police Department, and the Box Elder County Sheriff's Office also aided in scene management and traffic control.
